HR_IN_PE_MGR - Get L1 Manager

Functionality

This function module determines the supervisor or manager of the person who creates the request to avail of the policy.

To do this, it calls RH_STRUC_GET function module internally, which reads the Relationship ID (A002) from Infotype 1001 DB Table (HRP1001) table to decide the supervisor.

In case the funtion module is not able to decide the manager using the relationship ID, it determines the request creator's organizational unit head as the supervisor.
