HR_IN_SPA_FACTORIZATION - Salary packaging: Factorization of salary components

Functionality

This function module computes value of salary components defaulted in the salary packaging transaction. The total salary package is non-modifiable and is defaulted by indirect valuation. The other salary component amount is calculated as a specified factor of total package or as a percent specified by the employee. Table T5W7A entry associates the salary component with the function module.

This module also ensures that multiple components under the same head are not considered.

Example

The employee can avail either HRA or ClA or COA for his housing allowance. The relevant housing allowance is picked up from infotype infotype Housing (0581). Input entries to the other housing allowances are disabled. A similar treatment is imposed on car and conveyance.
