Functionality

This function is only necessary for Employers, whom have employees with more than one employment with them AND are using the Infotype 0031 and Infotype 0121 solution to handle multiple employments.

This function can ONLY be used by Great Britain, which follows a "cumulative" principle for calculating Income Tax.

Example

So if an employee has two contracts;
Job A: 100 (GBP) per week
Job B: 400 (GBP) per month

Then the tax cumulatives '/121' and '/501' will ONLY work on a contract level.

Job A : wk1 wk2 wk3 wk4 wk5 wk6 wk7 wk8
'/121': 100 200 300 400 500 600 700 800 etc
'/501': 25 50 75 100 125 150 175 200 etc

Job B :
'/121': 400 800 etc
'/501': 100 200 etc

However the cumulatives should be calculated across contracts.

Both : wk1 wk2 wk3 wk4 wk5 wk6 wk7 wk8
'/121': 100 200 300 800 900 1000 1100 1600 etc
'/501': 25 50 75 200 225 250 275 400 etc

Notes

This routine will only change the YTD's that are passed in, to include the YTD's from the other related contracts, if the following are true.

On Table T77S0;
1) The Group Id 'HRPSG' has the following Seminal Id's set up;
a) 'ME_TX' set to 'X' (i.e. Multiple Employment Taxation is active)
b) 'M/121' set to the NEW ADDITIONAL M.E. Taxable Pay Wage Type.
c) 'M/501' set to the NEW ADDITIONAL M.E. Tax Paid Wage Type.

In The Client's Payroll Schema
2) The Consolidation Function in Payroll GBPSC is active.
