HR_NO_ABS_SPLIT - Norwegian determination of absence evaluation segments

Functionality

This function module reads the parameter ACTUAL_ABS and internally splits the Absences infotype (2001) record into the following segments:

• AP period: Paid by Employer

• TP period: Paid by RTV

• Unpaid leave period

Example

If an employee takes normal sickness leave from 01/02/2005 to 20/02/2005 and if he has taken no leave before this, then the function module internally splits this absence record into the following segments:

• AP period: 01/02/2005 to 16/02/2005 (16 calendar days as configured in AP Days (Cal Days) constant (AGPER) of table view Payroll Constants (V_T511K))

• TP period: 17/02/2005 to 20/02/2005

The system reads the table view Norwegian absence valuation segments (V_T5VA3) for the segments into which an absence is to be split.
