HR_NO_EVALUATION_PERIODS - Returns payroll results for reporting period

Functionality

Returns payroll results for reporting period Function module HR_NO_EVALUATION_PERIODS is used for reading Norwegian payroll results form cluster RV.

At first,it reads all payroll results for the actual person. By limiting the time frame of reporting with rep_begda and rep_endda, all payroll results within this time frame are delivered in the internal table evpdir. If there have been any retrocalculations within the reporting timeframe to periods outside the timeframe,these retrocalculated results are delivered (A-Results outside the reporting timeframe). The P-results of the retrocalculated results outside the timeframe are also delivered. Using these two sets of results, the inflow into the reporting time frame can be calculated as the difference between the two of them:

A-Results - P-results.

If the optional parameter sw_paydt_period is set, a slightly different result is delivered; All results between the two dates are delivered as normal, with two exceptions; - A regular result with paydt on rep_begda is not included - Off-cycle results with paydt on rep_endda are not included This enables a consistent reporting on payroll results when running the report within the reporting time frame. For using this functionality correctly, the rep_begda should be the paydt of the regular period prior to the reporting timeframe. Rep_endda should be the paydt of the last reg. period within the reporting time frame.

When reporting on January 1999 using the sw_paydt_period, the time frame for reporting should be set to the paydates illustrated within the report.
