HR_NO_EVALU_PERIODS_OFFCYCLE - Returns payroll results for reporting period

Functionality

This function module restores the payroll results to its state on the date "REP_ENDDA". The rep_endda is a parameter of the function, and limits the reporting interval together with REP_BEGDA, the start date of reporting.

The core of the function is the function cd_evaluation_periods. This function is an extention of the mentioned, restoring EVPDIR in a time interval.

Example

The SSB statistic for the 1st quarter of 1999 must be delivered mid April, which gives a rep_endda 31st of March. A recalculation of the payroll results for 1999 is triggered on the 10th of April, resulting in new payroll results for the whole 1999, giving every employee a salary rise of 5000 NOK. as of 01.01.1999. However, this should not be considered in the SSB report for the 1st quarter, as the change appeared after the end of the quarter. The payment of such a rise will succeed in the 2nd quarter, and should therefor be reported to the 2nd quarter.

The described handling is enabled with this function module.
