Functionality

This function module identifies the number of children for a selected employee. The function module identifies the number of children based on the number of Family/Related Personinfotype (0021) records valid for Child Data. The function module reads the Return the subtypes used to identify child data in IT0021 feature (VCHLD ) to obtain the relevant subtypes for these infotype records.
