HR_QTACC_NUMBER_REDUCE_13 - Reduction rule for Victorian LSL quota type

Functionality

HR TIME: Time Evaluation report (RPTIME00) calls this function module to stop the accrual of leave for LSL quota type. HR TIME: Time Evaluation report (RPTIME00) stops accrual of LSL quota type, if an employee has taken a leave of leave type unpaid parental leave.

Based on the LSL quota type passed to it, the function module performs the following actions:

• It reads the leave type mapped to the transfer rule of the LSL quota type in the PS Specific characteristic for absence type view (V_T5QIA). In this case the function module reads the leave type unpaid parental leave.

• The function module then reads Absencesinfotype (2001). If an employee has taken a leave of the leave type unpaid parental leave then function module returns 0as output parameter. This implies that HR TIME: Time Evaluation report (RPTIME00) should not accrue leave for LSL quota type on this day.
