HR_QTACC_RULE_USABILITY_13 - Examination on applicability of the rules in accordance with land exit

Functionality
This function module checks the applicability of the Selection rules for a Quota type. The Quota type must have a Transfer time configuration based on the Transfer rule.
The Time Evaluation report(RPTIME00) calls the Personnel Time Management function module HR_QTACC_QUOTAS_GENERATE, which in turn calls the function module HR_QTACC_RULE_USABILITY_13 dynamically.
Example
- The table view Absence Quota Type Selection (V_T559L) has the following Selection rules for Long Service Leave:
- 010 - With the Applicability of the rule having an Entry Date between 01/01/1800 and 31/12/1995. For example, having a Transfer time of seven years
- 011 - With the Applicability of the rule having an Entry Date between 01/01/1996 and 31/12/9999. For example, having a Transfer time of ten years
- The Hire date of the employee is 01/11/1995
In this case, the function module HR_QTACC_RULE_USABILITY_13 will select the rule 010, because the Hire date falls between the Entry dates of this Selection rule.
Notes
The standard Time Evaluation report (RPTIME00) performs a similar check. If an employee however, takes a Leave without pay (LWOP), the report shifts the Hire date of the employee by the number of days of LWOP.
The function module HR_QTACC_RULE_USABILITY_13 is a country exit for Australia and it overrides the standard time evaluation functionality of selecting a rule based on the Entry date.
