Functionality

This function module was created to be used in report HRULPFP5 to create reporting for the Russian Pension Fund.

The function module is used to calculate an employment period.

It is customized in table T525V (selection exit with key RUP3) and may be used to calculate periods of work in regional working conditions (RWC) with the rotating shift method.

The function module needs a parameter in the rule for selection value and Customizing in Time Management under Information System -> Settings for Reporting -> Employee Time and Labor Data -> Define Reporting Time Types.

You enter the identifier of the customized reporting time type in the 'Selection value' of the rule (V_T525A_A). This function reads data from time evaluation.

This setting is not used in standard Customizing because by default, the function module HR_RU_SEN_WC_MAIN calculates periods of working time with the rotating shift method when it works with object type CR.

Example

You want to calculate the time worked with the rotating shift method separately. To do this, customize the calculation process, valuation model, selection classes, selection rule with call of selection exit RUP3, and the selection value.
