HR_SPA_FILL_IT0589_STRUCTURE - Fill salary components into individual reimbursements infotype

Functionality

This function module makes changes to individual reimbursements infotype [IT0589}. This infotype is amended with correct amount and splits. This process is analogous to the updation of infotype through transaction 'pa30'. If the record does not exist for the period create a new record or delimit and extend or just modify entries of an existing record.
