ISA_USER_CREATE - RFM: Creation of ISA users (and contact persons)

Functionality

Creates an ISA user (that is, a user with a customer or contact person attached). If no password is provided, the system generates a new one and sends it to the user's e-mail address.

It is also possible to attach a contact person to an existing user or create a contact person and attach it to a new or existing user.
