Functionality

This function module is used for measuring the customer data for checking the valid license. The function module provides data for the following areas:

  • Bank Customer Accounts (BCA)

The interface is standardized for all function modules that are called by the measurement. Not all parameters are required for SAP Banking.

The SGROUP parameter is currently not supported. It is intended for an enhancement to the measurement program at a future date with regards to parallel processing.

The measurement program uses the PERIOD table to transfer the periods to be evaluated. This table is not relevant for Bank Customer Accounts (BCA). In the other areas, the periods are transferred that are to be evaluated by the measurement program.

The results from the function module are returned to the measurement program in the RESULT table. The table fields are filled as follows:

  • APPLIC contains the application, in this case, 0930 for Bank Customer Accounts (Suite).
  • OBJ_COUNT provides the number of counted objects (financial object, accounts, turnovers).
  • UNIT specifies the unit (type) of the measured objects to which OBJ_COUNT refers. Valid values in this module are as follows:
  • 0930 Active Retail Banking Deposit Contracts

  • 0931 Inact. Retail Banking Deposits Contracts

  • 0932 Active Comm. Banking Deposits Contracts

  • 0933 Inact. Comm. Banking Deposits Contracts

  • CLIENT specifies the measuring client. All clients in the system are measured. A restriction is later made in the measurement program centrally.
  • PER_START and PER_END are used only with the PERIOD table. These parameters specify the start and end date of the periods that are to be evaluated.
