ISH_READ_NEMC - IS-H: Read Table NEMC (Estimated Amounts for Medical Case)

This function module reads the table NEMC (Estimated Amount for a Medical Case).

If an entry cannot be determined for the transferred departmental organizational unit (parameter I_ORGFA), an attempt will be made to find an entry in the table NEMC using the generic key '*'.
The data is buffered in an internal table.
