ISH_TC_CASE_LOCK - IS-H: Lock the case which is being manipulated due to the handling of a TC

Functionality

This function module checks if the treatment certificate subscreen is in a patient-related variant. Only if it is so, does it lock the case of the treatment certificate which is undergoing any sort of manipulation. This is because, for a case-related and movement-related variant, the framework locks the case of the treatment certificate.

This function module calls the ENQUEUE_ENFAL function module to lock the case of the treatment certificate which is being manipulated.The framework then conveys to all other users/transactions that this particular case has been locked.

The other checks that are being done by this function module are as follows:

• Check if the case is already locked by another user in another transaction

• Check if there was a system failure while attempting to lock the case

In such a case, you can neither lock nor manipulate the case.
