ISH_TN11I_READ - Read allowed hierarchy of building unit categories

Functionality

This function module reads all Customizing values from the table TN11I (responsible for storing the building unit hierarchies that can potentially be created).

When called, this function module checks if it has data in the buffer. If there is data, it exports the buffer. If not, it reads the database table TN11I, places the values into the buffer and then exports the data.

The exporting table ET_TN11I contains all values from the table TN11I.
