ISH_TRTCRT_READ_CASE_CHANGED - IS-H: Read the last changed case(Treat.cert changed)

Functionality

This function module retrieves a list of cases which have been changed as a result of some manipulation of the treatment certificates of the respective cases, such as their creation, deletion or updating of and also the assignment of movements to treatment certificates of a case.

This function module is called just before the changes have to be made to the database.Thus the function module that actually saves the data onto the database would be called only for such cases that have undergone some change.

The list of cases that have been changed are retrieved from the pool data that has been set after every change to the treatment certificates of a case.
