Functionality

The associated purchasing organization is determined for a sales agent in the sales organization and a search is then performed for the standard contract of the sales agent for this purchasing organization.

The system also determines the sales agent contract number and commission key as well as the element number if required.

Notes

Automatic determination: If one or more contracts exist for each sales agent and purchasing organization where the standard contract indicator is selected, the system only returns the sales agent contract number of the first sales agent contract found. Additional sales agent contracts which may exist are not taken into account. If a sales agent only has one contract, this contract is also found as a standard contract if the standard contract indicator has not been selected. The standard commission key is used as a commission key in all the scenarios described above.

Interactive determination: If several non-standard contracts exist for the sales agent, the user can select a contract requirement in dialog. The commission key for the requirement is determined.
