IST_EBS_TOI_GENERAT_FIKEY_T401 - Opens an FIKEY that is not yet used

Functionality

This module that is called up in event T401 creates a reconciliation key and opens it. The reconciliation key consists of the trunk XPddmmyy and a three figure counter. ddmmyy is the date that is provided as an import parameter for the function module. The counter continues to count until the first ununsed reconciliation key is found. The X stands for external and P stands for posting, because this event is called up within the external document transfer.
