Functionality

This function, in case the update flag will be chosen, will insert or update entries in table that controls the latest date up to which a tax has been reported (TEARREPCONTST for sales taxes, and TEARREPCONTRT for revenue taxes).

Depending on the report type the corresponding routine will be executed:
,,PROCESS_CLOSE_REVENUE_REPORTS:
,,It updates table TEARREPCONTRT with the date up to which a tax has already been reported.

,,PROCESS_CLOSE_SALES_TAX_REPORTS:
,,It updates table TEARREPCONTST with the date up to which a tax has already been reported.
