Functionality

This enhancement is used for contracts in division category 06 (waste disposal), to transfer the budget billing amounts to budget billing plans each quarter. Table XT_STKZBET contains the gross amounts that are determined from the billing document for each quarter. These amounts are then transferred each quarter to the budget billing plan XT_EABPS. Since the rules for transferring budget billing amounts to the budget billing plan can be different for waste disposal contracts, this transfer is mapped as an enhancement.
