Functionality

This function module is the IS-U industry specification of FI-CA event 0500.

It is used to check whether the items of a budget billing plan may be archived by the FI-CA document archiver for the statistical budget billing plan procedure.

The function module checks whether the budget billing plan (that belongs to the contract A/R & A/P document transferred in the import parameter), is a statistical budget billing plan, a partial bill procedure or a payment plan.

In the two latter cases, the associated FI-CA documents can be archived.

If on the other hand, it is a statistical budget billing plan, the system checks whether the header data of this plan was already archived. If this is the case, the associated FI-CA document data can also be archived. Otherwise this is not possible and a corresponding reset parameter is set.
