ISU_COMPUT07 - Adjust Blocks Based on a Demand

Operands and their Meaning
Input operands
DEMAND Demand for multiplying blocks
Output operands
QPRICE Price whose blocks are adjusted
Functionality
The blocks of a quantity-based price are multiplied by the demand to obtain the actual blocks relevant to billing. The blocks stored in the price refer to hours.
This variant adjusts the quantity-based price that is defined as the output operand. This adjusted quantity-based price is used in subsequent rate steps where this output operand is the input operand. If the associated price is not a block or scale price, then this variant is not relevant.
A demand value of zero leads to termination of the variant. Similarly the variant terminates when a demand value exceeds the maximum value possible for a block when it is multiplied by the blocks.
You can choose whether or not prorations of the demand are taken into account. If you choose that they are not taken into account, then neither are the historical changes of the demand. The current demand is used for adjusting the price blocks. If you choose that the prorations are to be taken into account, the prorated price time slices are adjusted with the demand value that is valid in the time slice. See (additional information).
