Operands and Their Meanings

Input operands:

QUANT ,,Consumption ( stable ),,

QUANT ,,Consumption ( interruptible ),,

TQUANT,,DCV ( stable )

TQUANT,,DCV ( interruptible )

QUANT ,,OMQ

QUANT ,,Projected consumption ( stable )

QUANT ,,Projected consumption ( interruptible )

QUANT ,,ID ( 1 = Month, 2 = Day, 3 = Day + interruptible )

Output operands:

QPRICE,,Price ( stable )

QPRICE,,Price ( interruptible )

Functionality

Calculation of gas loading balancing prices for stable and interruptible consumption rates

The projected consumption values are used to historically continue the measured consumption values in the past.

The review always takes place for the period end of the month of the current billing period minus 1 year.

OMQs are minimum amounts per day. They are used in dual-rate cases (stable and interruptible consumption) to fill in gaps from missing values in a rate. The available rate is filled with OMQs, the rest replaces the missing value.

DCVs are contractually agreed daily volumes used for the transposition of measured volumes.

The ID defines how the contract is handled. The only possible categories are monthly, daily, and daily + interruptible.

Scheme structure

The following structure is obligatory. The operand names can only be used in this section.
Exceptions: VOL_STABLE and VOL_INTER can be used in the entire profile. However, the output operands of variant QUANTI14 (VOL_STAB_O and VOL_INT_O) can only be used once. U_PRICE_1, U_PRICE_2 as resulting prices can be used again after COMPUT27.
Note: OMQ, V_S_PROJ and V_I_PROJ always require double steps
QUANTI14 and QUANTI15, to go from TQUANT to QUANT. For
TQUANT, a T always precedes the operand name in the example.

QUANTI14 ,,OMQ

QUANTI14 ,,V_S_PROJ
QUANTI15 ,,TV_I_PROJ
QUANTI14 ,,V_I_PROJ
QUANTI14 ,,ID

COMPUT27 ,,VOL_STAB_O, VOL_INT_O,

Info lines and control options

The info lines are written using the calculation method. You can control the level of detail as follows:

  • No info lines are written
  • Info lines are written for the average price
    ZAHL1 = Number of days from the last 12 billing months
    ZAHL2 = Highest daily consumption in winter
    ZAHL3 = Average daily consumption in winter
    ZAHL4 = Average daily consumption for the total year
    ZAHL5 = Value of 8th input operand (to differentiate between monthly or daily)
    ZAHL6 = Input operand number (first or second input operand)
    PREISBTR = Average price
    MNGBASIS = Quantity basis of average price
  • Info lines are written for the entire history of gas load balancing
    I_ABRMENGE = Quantity consumed
    ZAHL1 = DCV
    ZAHL2 = TUD
    ZAHL3 = Transposed quantity
    ZAHL4 = Consumption in corresponding winter month
    ZAHL6 = Input operand number (first or second input operand)

Constraint

You cannot use this variant to bill external profile values using a TOU interface (RTP Billing Category 02).
