Operands and their Meanings

Input operands

FACTOR Unprorated factor

Output operands

FACTOR Factor to be updated

Functionality

This variant is used to read a factor that is determined during cross-contract billing from main memory and write it to the output operand (->operand update).

Info Lines and Control Options

You can choose which factor you want to determine.

Read single contract bonus (from MEM_X_OP_T2)

Read master agreement bonus (from MEM_X_OP_T3)

Sample Application

In cross-contract billing, billing of all individual contracts is simulated to determine the total consumption. Using the total consumption a scaled discount can be calculated for both the individual contracts and the outline contract. The percentage discount for amounts in individual contracts is written to the main memory as a factor in MEM_X_OP_T2. The percentage discount for amounts in the outline contract is written to the main memory in MEM_X_OP_T3. Then the discount is divided by 100. During the subsequent simulation of the outline contract, the factor is read from the main memory using COMPUT97 and is written to the output operand, where it is used to calculate an amount discount. The factor read from main memory can be written to the installation facts of the outline contract using INFACT05. When the individual contracts are billed in the following year, the system can access this factor using COMPUT96.
