Operands and their meaning

Input operands

DEMAND Demand that is to be written in the statistics

Output operands

None

Function

A demand is written in the statistics. So that the statistical update is possible, this variant generates a bill line item. This bill line item is, however, not relevant for posting, and is automatically ignored by bill printout.

You must specify the subtransaction, to enable statistical evaluations according to subtransactions.

If you do not maintain the statistics group for quantities in the schema for this variant, this variant has no effect. The statistics group is not taken into account for amounts.

Info lines and control options

Example

A customer whose meter is read monthly is billed on a flat-rate basis. This means that the read demand is not valuated with a price. The read demand must, however, be taken into account in the consumption statistics. To do this, allocate a rate type to the register that is not actually billing-relevant. The rate determined from this contains the variant DEMAND20.
