Functionality

ISU/IST: Whether the charges continue to be charged to the customer depends on the return activities. The return activities are available in structure FKKRACT.

If indicator FKKRACT-XGEBV or FKKRACT-XGEBS is set, the charges continue to be charged to the customer. Indicator FKKRACT-GEBST then determines whether the charges are posted as a real debit position or a statistical item.

Since the return charges are not assigned to an ISU contract account, the account determination add-on was determined from the contract account at event 281.

ISU/IST account determination is used to determine the corresponding account (E_HKONT) for return charges 2.
