ISU_FRANCHISE_GROUP_CHECK - INTERNAL: Rate Step - Check for Relevance to Franchise Fee Group

Functionality

This function module checks all the passed on input operands to see if they are related to the franchise fee.

If the FRANTYPE indicator is set for the respective operands, then a relationship to the franchise fee exists. In this case, field Y_PLEASE_OPEN is set.

The following exception to the above rule applies:

If the franchise contract is billed according to the gross procedure, than the franchise fee share is subtracted from the (gross) energy price.

(****This can take place for each line that is relevant for billing. For this reason, the Y_PLEASE_OPEN indicator is set for every quantity valuation.****) For revision by Jörg Lutherchen

If this module is called in the rate, then the "Franchise fee group" field must be ready for input when the indicator is set.
