ISU_IL_SERVICE_ORDER_GET_FUNC - Determine allowed functions depending on the order status

Functionality

This function ISU_IL_SERVICE_NOTIF_GET_FUNC checks to see which of the following operations are valid:

releasing a service order, technically completing a service order, cancelling a technical complete for the service order, and voiding a service order.

This function module will be calling 'STATUS_CHANGE_FOR_ACTIVITY' to check for the allowed functions.
