ISU_INSTALLATION_DRF_DELTA_OUT - Triggers a DRF Outbound Request for IS-U Contract Replication

Functionality

This function module runs replication updates on device-related data of Utilities Contracts from IS-U to SAP Marketing Cloud. Once a contract is replicated to SAP Marketing Cloud, the device associated with the contract can be removed, or a new device can be added to the existing contract. If a change is made to a Utilities Contract in IS-U, that change must be replicated to the SAP Marketing Cloud system to keep the databases in sync.

You configure this function module to be called when a DEVICEREMOVEDor DEVICEADDEDevent occurs on the INSTLNBOR object. When such an event is raised, this function module triggers the DRF to replicate the corresponding Utilities Contract to which the device is assigned. This ensures that the device information in the contract is up to date.

Notes

This function module requires the DEVICEADDEDor DEVICEREMOVEDevent linkages that are configured for the INSTLNBOR object. To configure these event linkages, use Event Type Linkages (transaction SWE2).
