ISU_MSAM10_DISC_CONF_CREATE - Create disconnection or reconnection

Functionality

If SAP Utilities is enabled you can use this function module to create new disconnection confirmations when maintenance or service notifications/orders are involved. Otherwise, this function module returns an error when called.

Notes

Errors are transferred in the CT_RETURN table.

Customer Enhancements

The function module customer enhancement concept allows customers to use additional data that was not planned for the interface. The extension parameter acts as a data container that transfers additional values during import.

In addition to the extension parameters in the interface, the function module contains Business Add-Ins (BAdiS). If SAP Utilities is enabled, you can use these BAdIs to check the data that is transferred to the method by the customer, and perform additional processing activities.

Notes

Utilities-related processes can only be successfully called if the Utilities Industry Solution is enabled in the back-end, otherwise an error will occur.

You can use special upload-only tables to execute the Utilities processes. The entries in these tables are considered creation requests and, with the exception of the meter replacement / removal, have no effect on existing data (that is, it is not possible to change or delete existing disconnection confirmations).
