ISU_M_FIKEY_DETERMINE - Migration: Determine User-Specific Reconciliation Key

Functionality

Determines a new reconciliation key for user.

The TEMFIKEY table for the user must contain an entry consisting of a three-digit abbreviation as well as a sequence number.

This allows the FIKEY field, which is reassigned in each import run, to be automatically assigned without requiring the import file or a fixed value to be changed.

Example

Input TEMFIKEY:

• User SAPTEST

• Abbreviation TST

• Sequence number 20

The function module determines the new value TST000021.

Notes

Maintain an entry in the TEMFIKEY table for all users that start import runs with reconciliation key.
