ISU_SAMPLE_1190 - Determine the Attributes for Official Numbering of Documents

Functionality

Event 1190 is called during determination of official document numbers. You use this event to enter the attributes of the official document number structure that are later used for the determination of external document numbers.

Example

The structure of the external document number table has five freely definable fields for saving data, such as company code, document type, contract account number. These fields can be filled with data and are required for determining external document numbers.

Only these attributes are available for the actual determination of external document numbers.

Notes

Parameter I_CANCEL specifies that the current document represents a cancellation of an earlier external document containing document numbers.

Import parameter I_CALLID specifies that the event has been called up by an external caller, in contrast to the posting events 0010 or 0020.

All entries for the new external document containing document numbers should be exported in table IT_FKKEXTDOC.

All entries for cancelled external documents containing document numbers should be exported in table IT_FKKEXTDOC_CANCEL.
