Functionality

The function modules called up for event R428 have the option of triggering additional actions if invoicing or reversal is executed. In this case, the module is to be used to fill customer-specific fields in the invoicing trigger (EITR).

All data for invoicing and reversal, including respective run parameters, are available to you here. The X_CALL_ID parameter shows whether the call is made from invoicing (I) or reversal (R).

You can return the changed invoicing triggers in the XYT_EITR table. Note that only the customer-specific data can be transferred, and that no line items in the event can be deleted.

Programming restrictions

To ensure that you do not endanger system consistency, you cannot use the following language elements in events:

o COMMIT WORK

o ROLLBACK WORK

o CALL FUNCTION 'DEQUEUE ALL'

o Deletion of locks that you have not set yourself
