ISU_SAMPLE_R887 - ICWC: Check if Payment Scheme creation is allowed

Functionality

In this event, you can enable or disable the creation of payment schemes via the IC Web Client application.

The event is called when you start the application for enabling or disabling the creation - in general by enabling or disabling the Create button. In this case field X_PAYSCHEME_CREATE-VERTRAG is initial.

The evnt is also called each time a contract is selected during the creation process to enable or disable creation for a specific contract. In this case field X_PAYSCHEME_CREATE-VERTRAG is not initial.
