Functionality

This function module is applicable only for India.

The function module processed in Event R999 during Invoicing:

  • Identifies the payment type for the next payment run. The possible payment types are:
  • Full Payment

  • No Payment

  • Partial

  • Generates appropriate message, informing the customers in advance about the payment type.

During its processing, the function module identifies the amount in the current month's bill amount and open items if any. The function module also compares the same with the limit for the current period.

Note
The system prints the appropriate text in the current invoice.
Depending on the message code pased by the function module, the print workbench generates the actual messages in the invoice. In the standard system, the default message codes are:
  • FULLPY - Full Payment

  • PARTPY - Partial Payment

  • NOPY MT- No Payment

The value of the message for the contract account is available in the xy_wa_iiu-print_doc-t_erdz field of the function module.
