Functionality

This RFC-capable function module enables you to read the master data for an individual serial number without using a dialog.

Notes

Special notes on function module ITOB_SERIALNO_READ_SINGLE:

• You specify the material serial numbers to be read using the parameters I_MATNR and I_SERNR

• You specify whether the material serial number should be locked using the parameter I_LOCK.

• The parameter I_EQUI_ONLY controls whether only the EQUI segment of the material serial number should be read (regardless of whether the material serial number has a complete equipment master or not).
