IUUC_HANDLE_NULL_FIELDS - copy NULL field quality from original to logging table

Functionality

It might happen that for a certain field of a table (usually a field that was later added to an existing table) NULL values are allowed. In this case it is necessary to allow NULL values also for the corresponding logging table which was originally created with the field NOT having the "null values allowed" quality.

This function module checks for fields of the original table that have the "null values allowed" quality and sets this quality also in the corresponding field of the corresponding logging table.
