J_3G_LEIART_ALLGEMEIN - Check Activity Type in Document Entry

Functionality

The FM checks for valid service types per sender/recipient dependency.

In table J_3GLASE the indicators are stored for keys SERVICE TYPE + DOCUMENT TYPE. These show whether a reservation is

• excluded (SPACE)

• possible (1)

• absolutely necessary (2)

If EQUIPMENT and DATE are also transmitted the system checks for valid service type per equipment type and document type with dependency on the administrator.

The system checks the details on sender, recipient, equipment, personnel number, and material number.

Exceptions:

LEIART_NOT_FOUND => Service type not defined

BLART_NOT_FOUND => Document type not defined

LEIART_NOT_ALLOWED => Service type not valid

MISSING_ => Detail missing.
