LIF_VALUE_DBREPLACE - Insert or update vendor characteristic values from DB

Functionality

Insert or update entries from the WYT2 database table. Insert also in WYT6 table if a characteristic is newly referred to in WYT2.

Notes

This function module does not perform any data checking before updating the database table. All data must be validated before calling ithe function (characteristic and characteristic value must exist, vendor characteristic value must not be set for another value).
