LMBP_NEW_DESTINATION_CONFIRM - Confirmation of a new destination

Functionality

This function translates a bar code that was entered in the validation field. It checks if the determined destination exists, confirms it as a new destination, and modifies the presentation flow data of the DEST(INATION) step.
