LMBP_RESOURCE_DEFAULTS_GET - Set default parameters of the resource

Functionality

This function sets the default parameters of the presentation flow and the worker.

Parameters of the presentation flow:

• display profile

• presentation device

• template of the pushbutton screen

• template of the list screen

• formats of the general screen elements
  

Parameters of the worker:

• worker's name

• worker's role

• device

• resource type

The parameters are saved in the parameter list of the presentation flow stack.
