LMBP_RESOURCE_LOGOFF - Log off the resource

Functionality

Before logging off a resource, this function module checks that a resource does not have any tasks of the type 'MOVE' with the status 'STARTED'.

After the resource logged off, the remaining tasks of this resource, which were not executed, are released. They are available in the task pool.
