LMBP_SPLIT_VALIDATE - Validate 'Split' step input

Functionality

This function executes a validation of the entered quantity and handling unit, and returns the handling unit type upon validation. It is invoked where a user, performing a task quantity split, enters a quantity and handling unit for the difference, and then chooses Enteror Confirm.
