LMON_OBCLS_ATPR_READ - Fills global table of attributes to be displayed

Functionality

This function, invoked when you display the attributes of an object for the first time via the monitor, reads table LATPR and fills a global internal table of attributes to be displayed (table GT_ATPR). When handling the child classes, the function takes the attributes defined for the parent class records in LATPR and copies them into the child class records, unless the value is already defined in LATPR for the child class.
