LOCATION_HELP_LAYOUT - Help windows for special fields for which there are no help views

A number of special help views, which could not be included in the views defined in the dictionary, are programmed in this function module.

Parameter: KEY: The key of the check table that is know at the time
of F4 is entered here

Parameter: FIELD_IN: Check field content before F4

Parameter: FIELD : Check field content after selection on F4 screen
