LTBN_NODES_DETAILS_GET - Get nodes' details

Functionality
This function provides information on the nodes at two levels:
1. Micro level (for example, for specified nodes).
2. Macro level (for example, for all defined nodes).
On the micro level, the function imports the site and a table which consists of the required nodes. It exports a table with the information about the imported nodes. In addition, it exports the nodes' table in which definition errors are indicated.
On the macro level, the function exports information on all nodes.
Example
Since the function can deal with multiple nodes, definition errors do result in exceptions. Errors are indicated in the exported table T_Nodes.
If the imported site is not defined, the function will raise an exception.
