LTBN_SRV_ZONES_GET - Get all the zones that serve a specific zone (by functionality)

Functionality

This function can process two types of information:

1. If the function imports a table with a list of site, zone, and entry/exit indication, it exports information about serving zones. For each parameter combination, the function exports all zones which serve the imported zone in the requested direction (entry/exit) along with the priority to serve the zone.
2. If the function imports a table with a combination of site, zone and serving zone, it exports the priority to serve the zone in the same table.

Notes

The function can process both information types at once.

Since this function is only used for internal purposes by the Bin Management, no data is imported without verification. Therefore, an external verification is not required.
