LTRM_APP_LOG_ADD - Adds messages to TRM's application log

Functionality
This function module creates log handles and logs the messages in the application log.
For alert and explanation purposes, it imports the following mandatory parameters:
- sub object,
- problem class,
- external identification,
- site
In addition, it imports the following optional parameters for explanation purposes:
- resource type,
- mode,
- parent entity,
- total priority,
- tables of priority entities, sources and destinations
The function raises an exception if wrong imported sub objects are imported.
