LTRM_EGO_SUBSCRIPTION_SERVICE - ECO Subscription and Unsubscription

Functionality

The function is responsible for determining ECO subscription/unsubscription in the following cases:

• Resource logoff or deactivation - In both cases, the resource should be unsubscribed from all ECOs.

• Switched resources - In this case, the source resource should be unsubscribed from all ECOs and the destination resource should be subscribed to them in its place.

• Soft allocation to dynamic ECO (e.g.Semi-system guided) - In this case, resources are subscribed to the ECO on the basis of the available tasks and resource capacity.

• Task status change - At each change of status of tasks associated with ECOs, subscription and unsubscription must be evaluated.

The mandatory import parameters are site resource, resource type, a table of the relevant ECO definitions and a table of the existing resource subscriptions to the ECOs . Additional parameters are used as follows:

• Resource status in the case of resource logoff or deactivation

• ECO identification for soft allocation to dynamic ECO

• Resource and resource type switch for switched resources

• Task statuses for task status change

The function exports the subscription/unsubscription recommendations and a table of all existing subscriptions of ECOs for which subscription must be performed. These are actually the locked records of LEGOR.

The function raises an exception in the following cases:

• Unavailable ECOs

• No relevant capacity combinations exist for the resource
